Do I need to register?
No, you are not required to register. Purchases can be made without being registered.

Should I register?
Though you are not required to register, it is recommended because there are benefits. By creating an account it allows you to look up your order status, tracking information and create a registry. You can also review products and edit the newsletters that you sign up for to be specific to your likes and needs.

How Do I register?
Simply click the link at the top of the page that says “Account”. On the left side of the page is the option to “Create an Account”. Fill in the requested information and click submit. Your account is instantly created.

How do I purchase things on
Add the items that you would like to purchase to your cart. You may view the items in your cart by clicking “My Bag” at the top of any page. Once you’re done shopping, the checkout process is easy. Just click the “Checkout” button on the right the page. Once you are viewing your cart, you can make changes such as delete items or change quantities.

What if I forget My Account password?
Click here. If it happens in the future, click on “Account” at the top of any page. There you will see a link “Forgot Your Password?” By clicking there it will take you to a page where you can enter your email address. The system will then email you a new password that you can change by logging into your account.

How do I change information I saved in my account (address, phone number, email, password)?
Sign in to your “Account”. This will take you to your personal Dashboard. There you can change any saved details such as your shipping addresses, billing addresses, email, phone number and password. You can also edit your Gift Registry. Once you have made the appropriate changes be sure to save the info by clicking submit.

What payments does accept? accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept Google Checkout and Paypal.

Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the site?
Yes! At, we use full secure encryption of your order information (SSL). When you go to your cart or to check out, you will see the web address changes to https (this means you can be sure your computer is communicating with our processing server by secure means). In Netscape and Internet Explorer, you will see a lock icon on the bottom of the browser. When you're in checkout mode that lock will be in the closed position ensuring optimum security.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax is not charged on any clothing purchased on 7% will be charged on other items, only to residents of New Jersey. Sales tax does not apply to shipping charges or Gift Certificates.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. Once we ship your order you will receive another email from us that contains your tracking number. You can also log into your account and once your item has been shipped, obtain your tracking number.

How can I modify my order?
We ship very quickly; therefore once an order is placed it cannot be modified. If you would like to add something to your order, please call us and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?


At we ship worldwide depending on manufacturer's regulations! If you have questions about whether an item can be shipped to your country or what the shipping cost is, please contact our Customer Service team.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex for the Free service (most orders over $50 shipping to a location in the Continental U.S. are shipped free - some restrictions apply). You have the option to change your shipping to a different method of USPS or UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight. International shipments are sent USPS or UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address that you supplied at checkout. does our best to minimize all shipping costs. In no way do we profit from what you are charged for shipping.

NOTE: International buyers bear the sole responsibility of any taxes and duties your local customs office may charge. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you refuse any shipment from, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package, plus the cost of returning the package to This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders for items that NessaLee Baby warehouses in our own facilities are processed and shipped within 3 business days.  If an item is backordered or delayed by the manufacturer, you will be notified of the delivery time. A pre-order will state an estimated delivery date in the description. Transit time is 1-5 business days, depending on the location for stocked items. Items that are not in stock are special orders or custom, will state an estimated delivery date or the customer will be contacted with specifics if required.

I have a coupon code how do I use it?
Upon checkout enter your coupon code in the designated box. The total will then recalculate and reflect any discounts.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unopened, unassembled and unused items that have all original tags attached and are in their original packaging. All assembled items, mattresses, furniture and custom orders are final sale. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 15 days of receipt of purchase once you receive a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written visibly on the outside of your return. Once we receive and inspect the item you will be refunded, minus the shipping and handling charges. All merchandise sold at a 20% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. This includes items on sale for this amount or items that are sold for a 20% or greater discount due to the use of special coupons and promotions. Clearance items are final sale. If your order received Free Shipping, but you return one or all of the items which would make your new order total not eligible for Free Shipping, you will receive a credit minus the appropriate shipping charges.

Any return or exchange without a return authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense. No exceptions will be made. In order to obtain an RA# please call or email us at with your name, date of purchase, item you would like to return or exchange and reason. Once you receive your RA# your items must still be sent back in the permitted time period and your RA# must appear clearly and visibly on the outside of your package.

In the event that the wrong RA# is provided by the customer or the return is opened by NessaLee Baby, but does not meet the requirements, it will either be shipped back at the customer's expense or a store credit will be issued (depending upon the return). In the rare case that an item is returned and accepted, after the allowed period of time, the customer will receive the lowest selling price in the form of a store credit. The lowest selling price includes the price currently listed on our site plus any valid and possible coupons.

How can I find a Registry?

On the top navigation bar on each page, it says “Gift Registry”. Simply click on that link and in the area that says “Search for s Gift Registry, type in the name of the person whose list you are looking for.

Should I be concerned about privacy?
